- Vaccuuming and cleaning inside of all drawers and shelves
- Cleaning ceilings and light fixtures/fans
- Cleaning all trim, including all baseboards and door and window frames
- Cleaning the faces, sides, and tops of doors
- Vaccuuming floors, multiple moping of floors (Bona for Wood)
- Cleaning AC grills (not inside ducts) *inside ducts services are only provided with air duct cleaning
- Removing all trash, plastic coverings, and stickers
Pressure & Window Cleaning
Based on Job
- Inside & out (or only one)
- Soap & water scrub frames
- Shampoo the screens
- Clean the tracks
- Squeegee all glass and leave it streak free
- Facades & Exterior Surfaces
- Sweep & Vacuum up Area
- Pressure Wash (Pure Water or Soap Infused)
Air Duct Cleaning
Based on # of vents & systems
- Open each vent and snake brush 6ft + inside ducts with our vacuum attachment brush
- Clean grills & register
- Change Filters on returns
- Take apart Furnace, clean , sanitize, change filter
- Take apart AC condenser, shampoo clean coils
- Organic Antibacterial Duct Fogging

Insulation & Attic Cleaning
